These are the questions we ask as we work with clients to determine what features and interactive elements can be included within their website.
 
A keen understanding of the nature of the business and insight into the customer are key.  For example,  we recently have helped some of our clients develop video for their website.  These video projects were designed to relay a message and provide an "inside" experience that the user otherwise would not have.  They are given a glimpse into what they will encounter when they ultimately choose to visit the location.  The goal of the video is to entice, and all aspects of the project, from creative concept and scripting to editing and deployment on the site, are all done with this in mind.
