Video Improves Key Metrics
In 2009, we launched the new ClaremontClub.com website with a complete video tour of the facility. Understanding that the only way someone could do business with the club was by physically visiting, the goal was to provide compelling visuals that would entice a visitor to get in their car and come in. The results were strong. All key metrics improved dramatically. Average Time on Site, a measure of how long people stay on your website, jumped from less than 2 minutes to over 5 minutes!
But it did not end there. Through effective website promotion, in less than a year we have been able to double the amount of traffic to their website. Not only are people spending more time on the site, but they are competing more effectively for new business in the general fitness, tennis and aquatics categories online.

In early 2010, CCS Interactive partnered with a leading provider of commercial & industrial kitchen cleaning and maintenance services. As the established leader in the West Coast market, they had seen declines in 2009 as customers slashed budgets and cut costs. The Internet had not been a major part of their marketing strategy and they knew that needed to change.
We began with a thorough evaluation of their site. The determination was made that it should be redesigned to better represent the stature of the organization. After providing research to show that potential customers were turning to the search engines to find new service providers, it was also agreed that an effective search engine marketing strategy would be executed.
In less than a year, they are now found prominently in the search engines for the keywords that matter to their business. Once found, potential customers are directed to a website that effectively communicates their value proposition and positions them as market leader. The results have been amazing. A steady new stream of leads provides their sales team with opportunities and they have secured major business as a result. 2010 has ended on a high note and the company is looking forward to an even stronger 2011.
