Assignment Manager
A three tiered management level program for assigning, delegating, and tracking projects. You can easily assign projects to various mid-managers with check point due dates. You know when to call in each Mid-Manager to oversee the check points and you make notes regarding on-time deliver and quality. Mid-management can delegate pieces of that project to staff and you can view all levels and history of progress at any time. All check points and due dates show up on Todo lists of the appropriate person. If you have multiple directors who answer to you and multiple projects that you assign – Assignment Manager can give you control.
Time Tracker
When you need to track the time (hours, minutes) each employee spends on each particular project, the Time Tracker will offer you an easy to use solution. The manager adds a new project and each employee that performs an activity for that project simply selects the project, clicks on the Start Clock when they begin and the Stop Clock when they end. Each time an employee does an activity for the particular project, they use their Start Clock and End Clock. The manager can easily pull up a summary report or a detail report by project. Managers can even control activity types (management, secretarial, data entry) and view the break down on resource types used to complete the project. You can assign costs to each employee (hidden from user view) and then print cost reports for each project! This program is customizable to fit your particular industry. The Time Tracker is a valuable reporting and measurement tool for any company having multiple employees working on a project and many projects to track.
HR Transcript Manager
Tracking employee in-house education, staff in-service, cross-training, guest speaker seminars, and continuing education can become frustrating. An easy to use Transcript Manager gives you the ability to enter employees and easily add any type of training they receive. Since you have total control to add your own categories of training and training names, you don’t have to worry about putting a square peg in a round hole! You simply pull down the employees name, pull down the category (or add a new category on the fly), and pull down or type in the training name they completed. You can tie training to company curriculum or company requirements and easily generate a list of needed training for each employee. You can print an up-to-date transcript of all completed training for their HR file at any time (great for compliance reviews!)
Marketing Assistant
There are terrific programs on the market for contact management after you make that first in-person client visit or phone call to track and touch your clients. The CCS Marketing Assistant helps you with mass mailing, faxing, and emailing of farming lists before you use your contact management software. When you collect various lists with various interests from many different sources, our program is a wonderful tool for centralizing, scrubbing, and purging farming lists. Assign your potential clients to sales areas or sales staff by city, zip, or state. Create campaigns and automatically print letters with matching envelopes, fax, and/or email at assigned times. The smart program prevents duplicate or contacts that are too close together by you specifying the time period between contacts. After the potential become a client, easily mark for removal from the farming list. This program is also great for corporations wanting to centralize lists from multiple sales people in order to perform corporate campaigns.
Non-Profit Donor Campaign Manager
This program is geared for non-profit organizations because it helps them easily track the many different types of donations they receive and the information regarding the donation. After working with so many non-profit organizations, we understand the many tracking needs - designated, undesignated, from which campaign, donor information, in memory of or reason for donation, etc. In addition, the CCS Advantage is that our program lets you easily create multiple letters, emails, and faxes for your campaigns throughout the year. It automatically produces those mailers, emails, and faxes (based on the client’s contact preference) and also allows you to control the frequency rules of how often to contact the donors. It includes past information in the correspondence (We appreciate your donation of $50 in 2004 and hope you will again consider our organization in 2005.).
